I have been using this hotel many years. the breakfast hall was very large. metro station was almost attached to the hotel!

i think the hotel has agreements with tour companies. there were a lot of groups, we couldn't sleep because of the noise for 3 nights! cleaning carts are transported with great noise.

The room had air conditioning that worked very well. The hotel is located near public transport. It made moving around easy. Breakfast included eggs and fruits. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows provided nice support.

The hallways did have a slightly unusual odor .

The staff speak english good. The staff is very kind, cute and helpful. Concierge doesnt always greet. The hotel arranged taxis as needed and provided storage for luggage.

i found the room spacious. the bed was also very comfortable. breakfast offered many options like savoury and sweet foods plus coffee and juice. there was also a free luggage room which was so convenient after checkout.

the street noise was a bit noticeable because the windows weren't completely soundproof.

decent stay, some issues

street noise inadequate soundproofing

the breakfast was plentiful and had a decent variety of options.

My room faced the street and the noise was terrible. It sounded like the windows were open all night. the soundproofing was inadequate. Traffic kept me awake. also, there was a light switch right above the bed that i kept hitting accidentally.
