Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room facing the inner quadrangle was really nice and quiet, providing a good night's rest. Unfortunately, the constant noise of emergency vehicles with sirens 24/7 was disruptive, especially with the window open due to the heat. The room had a certain neglectful feel due to the loud traffic noises.
I found the hotel to be just perfect for our family trip. The rooms were big enough and warm, very comfortable, and fully compliant with our needs, making our stay very pleasant overall. The service, though not exactly welcoming or friendly, was really professional and efficient. The location was extremely convenient, being very near to the subway and providing easy access to various transportation options. The dining options were great with plenty to choose from, especially the delicious scrambled eggs. Overall, a very positive experience complemented by the proximity to the Keleti railway station.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was large, nicely decorated, and very clean. The hotel had shops, a bar, and a restaurant, as well as a mini-bar and tea/coffee maker. The shower was surprisingly powerful. The staff was extremely nice and capable, providing excellent service tailored to our preferences. Unfortunately, the two duvets were a bit small for us. The location, although near the railway station, was not ideal for downtown visits. However, there were many buses nearby, and the metro and train stations were within walking distance to shopping areas. The dining experience was good with a variety of dishes, catering to all tastes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed during our stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were satisfactory, with nice amenities like a big TV and a safe included, but the small size and uncomfortable bed for one person were downsides. The Winter card package offer that gave access to thermal baths was a nice touch. However, the room was consistently hot, which made it uncomfortable despite being January.
The hotel rooms were nice and comfortable, located on the first floor, but overall they were average. The service was exemplary, although a bit rude during check-in and check-out. The hotel's location is very central, with easy access to metro lines 2 and 4, making transportation convenient. The dining options were good, but the pastries and croissants were a bit scarce. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right next to the metro station, which was super convenient for exploring the city. The service was top-notch, with the staff being really helpful and friendly. The dining options were varied and quite extensive, offering a great selection for every taste. The rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had some issues with temperature, but I was relocated to a spacious room with a large double bed. The cleanliness could have been better. The service was generally good but could have been more helpful in certain areas. The location was okay, not too far from the city center, and there were some interesting pubs nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a good variety of food options. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.
Upon arrival at the hotel around noon, the check-in process was a bit delayed, and the counter staff's attitude was disappointing. The rooms, however, were spacious and clean, with a comfortable armchair and a desk, but the noise from the street, especially frequent ambulances, was disruptive.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The location is amazing, with easy access to public transportation and close to many attractions. The rooms are quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. The service was top-notch, with excellent cleanliness and very comfy beds. However, the dining options were below expectations in terms of variety. The price was reasonable for the quality received.
The hotel is located in the center area of Budapest, right next to the Train Station, making it a great spot for sleeping despite occasional traffic noise issues. The room had a dingy little bathroom with a corner shower and a short shower curtain leading to a soaked floor before check-in time. The service was mostly polite, although there were moments of noise disturbance. The dining experience was excellent with a good variety at the breakfast buffet, and the hotel is in a nice, quiet area. The location also offers easy access to the heart of Budapest within a 20-minute walk.
